Nima Shojaei
Nima Shojaei is the Founder & Managing Principal of AXIOM Closing Group, a specialized transaction services firm focused on M&A closings, escrow administration, and other complex closing solutions. His background spans settlement services, strategic business development, and transaction execution, with experience built across multiple sectors where precision, trust, and operational control are critical.
Prior to launching Axiom, Nima identified, formed, and managed several joint ventures in the real estate settlement services sector on behalf of a top-five national title company operating across more than 34 states. Through that work, he developed extensive experience in partnership strategy, transaction-related infrastructure, and the execution demands of highly relationship-driven businesses. He is also the owner of an escrow company based in Corona del Mar, giving him direct operating experience in the mechanics of closing, funds handling, and service delivery within a regulated environment.
Nima’s established AXIOM to provide a more modern, disciplined, and execution-oriented model. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in the ophthalmology field, further strengthening his foundation in management, growth, and client service. Throughout his career, Nima has built his approach around relationship-driven growth, operational discipline, and a strong emphasis on client trust and execution.

Sina Yadollahi
Sina Yadollahi serves as Chief Operating Officer of AXIOM Closing Group, where he helps lead operational execution, internal coordination, and the continued development of the firm’s transaction platform. His role centers on bringing structure, discipline, and implementation focus to AXIOM’s operations, supporting leadership across strategic initiatives and ensuring that the firm’s execution model is carried out with consistency and precision. He is closely involved in organizing workflows, aligning internal functions, and helping build the operational foundation behind AXIOM’s transaction services.
With a professional background spanning project engineering, construction management, design consulting, and complex stakeholder coordination, Sina brings a highly organized and execution-driven perspective to the business. He has supported a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, managing the details, timelines, and cross-functional communication required to move sophisticated projects forward. That experience informs his approach at AXIOM, where attention to detail, operational clarity, and structured execution are critical to delivering a high-level client experience.

Paul Sua Tomboc
Paul Sau Tomboc serves as Chief Business Development Officer at Axiom Closing Group, where he leads the firm’s growth initiatives across M&A intermediaries, attorneys, and transaction advisors. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships, originating new engagement opportunities, and positioning Axiom’s execution platform across the mid-market deal ecosystem.
With over a decade of experience in business development across enterprise technology, SaaS, and partnership-driven environments, Paul brings a structured and disciplined approach to market expansion. His background includes roles in enterprise sales, partnership strategy, and high-growth technology companies, where he focused on refining positioning, improving conversion efficiency, and building scalable outreach systems. At Axiom, Paul’s focus is on aligning the firm with high-quality deal flow by establishing trusted relationships with professionals operating in complex transaction environments. He works closely with attorneys, investment bankers, and advisors to introduce a more coordinated approach to transaction execution—spanning escrow, paying agent services, and shareholder coordination.
His approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, and long-term relationship development, with an emphasis on credibility and precision in how Axiom is introduced and integrated into the deal process.
Cheif Business Development Officer
Tuan Le
Tuan Le is the Director of Technical Operations at AXIOM Closing Group, where he leads the development, support, and security of the firm’s digital transaction infrastructure. With more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and IT, he was instrumental in building AXIOM Client—including its escrow, paying agent, and solicitation functionality—as well as AXIOM VDR. His work has helped establish the technical backbone of AXIOM’s platform, with a strong emphasis on secure architecture, system reliability, and practical functionality.
Tuan also oversees the continued maintenance and protection of AXIOM’s technology systems while providing ongoing support to clients using the platform. He plays a key role in ensuring the user experience remains stable, responsive, and secure, while helping resolve technical issues efficiently when they arise. His leadership supports the trust, continuity, and operational confidence behind AXIOM’s technology offering.
He brings a disciplined technical approach to both platform performance and long-term infrastructure stability. His ability to manage development, security, and client support under one operational framework helps strengthen the consistency of AXIOM’s technology environment. Through that oversight, he supports a secure and dependable user experience across the firm’s digital platform.
